SHEENA YVONNE
Founder & Principal Attorney
Sheenayvonne is the founder and principal attorney of Hairston Law, LLC. Before establishing her legal career, Sheena spent 10 years in the medical field as a certified nursing assistant, specializing in hospice care, where she deepened a practice of dignity, discipline, and compassion at the heart of patient-centered care.
Upon entering the legal field, Sheena served for five years as a Medicaid paralegal, assisting with applicant qualifications and building provider-compliance expertise across diverse care settings.
Sheena also brings experience in community leadership, public policy organizing and alternative dispute resolution all of which supports her calm, solutions-oriented approach to complex workplace and business conflicts.
Grounded in clinical empathy and payer/compliance insight, Sheenyvonne's medical training directly supports her calling to counsel healthcare providers - pairing practical legal strategy with a deep understanding of the realities of healthcare.
Beyond work, Sheenayvonne enjoys spiritual quiet reflection, church activities, quality time family and friends, and learning the art of acrylic painting.
